David Bowie's "TVC 15 (Remastered)" was released on September 28, 1976 as part of his album Station to Station. It was written by David Bowie and Carlos Alomar with the band consisting of Bowie himself, Roy Bittan, George Murray, Dennis Davis and Earl Slick.
The song is a hauntingly beautiful ballad about a woman who has lost her mind and been taken away from the singer.
