The song “Tora, Tora, Tora” was released as a single by the Swedish band Europe in 1986. It is featured on their third studio album The Final Countdown and was written by Joey Tempest and John Norum.
This rock anthem has become one of Europe's most iconic songs and is still widely popular today. The lyrics were inspired by the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor during World War II. Joey Tempest wrote the song after seeing the movie 'Tora! Tora! Tora!' which tells the story of the attack from both sides.
